Artistic Dance Exchange is the only dance convention and competition in the US to offer INTERNATIONAL exchange scholarship programs.
ADE believes that all young and upcoming dancers must be exposed to all forms of dance and performance environments to let them experience a world far more intriguing than just the commercial competition world.
Most of our weekends have all the dance styles: Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Musical Theatre, Tap, Fusion Styles, and Ballroom!
If participating in a competition, the dancer must be registered for the full weekend

IMPORTANT INFRMATION:
THE STANDARD RATE APPLIES 1 MONTH BEFORE EACH EVENT TO ALL DANCERS & STUDIOS REGISTERED & RSVP FOR THE EVENT.
STUDIOS CAN RSVP FOR AN EVENT TO HOLD THEIR SPOTS & MEDIA PACKAGE.
TO RECEIVED ANY SPECIAL STUDIO RATES, PACKAGES, INCENTIVES, etc REGISTRATION MUST BE PAID 30 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT.
For an Additional $50 per dancer, all convention dancers have the opportunity to work with selected faculty to perform an Opening Number during our Closing Show on Sunday! Learn more about the STAGE WORKSHOP HERE
SINGLE DAY CONVENTION
*ADE does offer single-day convention options, however, single-day participants are not eligible for scholarships. Single-day participants can register for either Saturday or Sunday.
OBSERVER BANDS
ADE has its own onsite security for the safety and peace of mind of all attendees. Our security team is trained in First Aid and Emergency Situations. Observerband sales ensure your safety is of utmost priority to ADE.

Observer Wristband Policy: Pre-registration is strongly suggested as observer bands may sell out. All observer bands are non-refundable and may not be transferred. ADE is not responsible for lost or stolen bands. You must be accompanying a dancer to observe (children five and under may observe free of charge). ADE reserves the right to remove anyone who is disrupting the workshop or not following security directions. Please note: You do not need an observer band to enter ADE Competition, ADE Showcase, or The Scholarship Ceremony. This band allows entrance into all ADE-level classes.

COLLEGE RATES
ADE s proud to offer a discounted workshop rate of $225 per dancer for college students with valid college IDs.
Dancers applying for the college discount must be registered for the Senior Room.
The college discount is only valid for dancers 19-25 years old.
THE DANCE EXPLORERS: MINIS CONVENTION
The Mini-Convention level is designed as an introduction to the dance convention experience for ages 4 to 8 years old.
A total of 6 classes per weekend in different dance styles: Jazz, Lyrical, Hip-Hop, Musical Theater, and Contemporary.
They will have an exclusive Q&A to meet the ADE Faculty!
The Dance Explorers will have the opportunity to perform on Main Stage on Saturday!

STAY INFORMED!
Refunds: All registrations are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Credits: On a case-by-case basis, registered participants who wish to withdraw prior to the workshop's start date due to illness or injury may do so if authenticated with an official doctor’s note. Participants will be credited the cost of the workshop to be used towards a future workshop produced by Artistic Dance Exchange, ADE less a $25 administrative fee. Credits are valid for one calendar year and cannot be extended for any other reason.
Switching Cities: Registrants are allowed to transfer tuition from a regional city to another regional city in the same tour for a $10 administrative fee. Registrants are also responsible for any differences in tuition resulting from the switch.
Wristband Policy: Registrants receive only one band for the convention. Wristbands may not be removed for the duration of the convention. Lost or removed bands require full repayment of the registration fee. No refunds. No exceptions.
Disclaimer: ADE staff reserves the right to remove any person (or persons) who presents potential harm, danger or disruption to himself or herself or anyone else while attending the event. Due to contractual obligations, ADE guarantees at least four (4) of the resident faculty in each city. ADE faculty is subject to change.
What kind of payment do we accept?
Artistic Dance Exchange accepts Mastercard, Visa & Discover credit cards, and checks and cash onsite for registrations smaller than 3 dancers. Registration is not complete until we have received your payment in full. Personal Checks will not be accepted 10 business days before the event date, no checks will be accepted onsite. Please do not mail cash or cashier's checks or money orders. Cash payments will be accepted onsite up to $1,500. ADE is not responsible for check payments lost in the mail. All prices on the website reflect a 3.75% discount if paying via wire transfer or check.
