Join our highly competitive internship program, and be exposed to the ins and outs of producing a respected dance competition & convention – from Registration, PR, Marketing, Event Coordination, Graphic Design, and Networking with many in the industry.

In two years, ADE has grown from hosting 2 events in the tri-state area, to hosting an 11 city tour nationwide, and 2 International events in Canada and Spain. Come see why we are different!

We are the first dance convention to offer International Exchange Program Scholarships, and we want qualified individuals to be a part of this amazing movement.

 

Requirements

 

• Ability to work remotely, and with self-driven motivation 

• Impeccable communication skills (verbally and written)

• Set a schedule – Days and hours need to remain consistent during each week of the program

• Must be able to travel during event weekends

• Basic computer program skills (i.e. Microsoft Suite - Powerpoint, Word, Excel - if a designer photoshop and iMovie is preferred)

• Attention to detail, ability to multitask and a high level of accountability and delivery of deadlines  

• Must be 18 years of age

• Dance Experience not required, but a plus

 

Main Duties

 

• Assisting with registration of students and clients; must have good phone and email communications.

• Event Onsite Management and Production

• Graphic Design experience (if applicable to your skillset)

• Social Media Marketing

• Backstage show management 

• Marketing Research, Strategy, and Implementation
