GALA TICKETS & GENERAL INFORMATION
The Gala will be held on July 3rd, 2025, the last day of Nationals, and will kick off with the red carpet.
A Thematic Red Carpet & Gala Event with lots of surprises and special performances!
-All Gala tickets include the Red Carpet and Gala Performance.
-Regardless of whether or not a dancer is performing in the Gala, to attend the performance, a Gala ticket must be purchased. Everyone (dancers, family/friends, studio staff, etc) is required to have a ticket to attend the Gala as well.
-All sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges. No transfers. No exceptions.
RED CARPET & GALA TENTATIVE SCHEDULE 2024
4:45 pm - 6:30 pm Red Carpet Event
Join us for Our Thematic PLANET EARTH at the Pre-Function Space, Dance Party with DJ Omari, 360 Cameras & Red Carpet, and Professional Photo Call.
Seating Schedule:
6 pm - VIP Table Guests will access The PLANET EARTH Ballroom for table seating and dinner service will be served during this time.
Promptly Arrival is required.
6:45 pm General Admission
7-10 pm Nationals Gala Ceremony & Awards
Includes a 15-minute intermission for VIP TABLES dessert service & cash bar for all adults.

-GALA EXCLUSIVE FRONT SEATING. Guarantee seating at the first few rows of tables closest to the stage Dinner tables seat a max of 12 people. The first 2 rows will be sold as a full-price table for a total price of $2,100
-DINNER & WINE INCLUDED. Meal includes a choice of Pasta Primavera with or without chicken or Vegan or Gluten option, 2 bottles of wine for the table (Red-White)
VIP PLATINUM ADMISSION
Seats up to 10 people at each table.
Includes:
-Access to the PLANET EARTH Red Carpet Event: live entertainment, cash bar available for 21+ adults, snack bar, and ADE Dance-Off with DJ Omari proper ID.
-GALA EXCLUSIVE VIP SEATING. Guarantee seating right behind the DIAMOND TABLE ROWS. Dinner tables seat a max of 10 people.
-DINNER INCLUDED. Meal includes a choice of Pasta Primavera with or without chicken or Vegan or Gluten option. This option doesn't include wine.
GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS
Includes:
-Access to the PLANET EARTH Red Carpet Event, with live entertainment, a cash bar & for parents & and teachers, and the ADE Dance-Off with DJ Omari! Cash bar available for 21+ adults with proper ID.
-Open seating in the General Admission section. This ticket is unable to select seats ahead of time. General Admission Tickets do not include dinner service or wine. Cash bar available for 21+ adults with proper ID.
