STEP 1 - Enter your Dates of Stay, Number of rooms, and Adults per room

STEP 2 - Select your city - Please note that the rate will display your total rate for your entire stay. Then click CONTINUE.

STEP 3 - Fill out the Guest information - where it lists "SPECIAL REQUEST" - Please enter your STUDIO NAME.

If you wish to add your hotel loyalty number - please do so under special request.

​

STEP 4 - Pay your prepaid room rate for your total stay - Any applicable taxes and fees will be collected upon check-in.

Your ADE hotel confirmation number will be emailed to you. At check-in please notify the front desk of any loyalty numbers where accepted.

To ensure availability in all of our hotels and that all reservations are booked by ADE Guests - All hotels are booked and managed by ADE HOTELS with a pre-paid room rate for your entire stay. This ensures all booked rooms will be utilized and not oversold with last-minute cancellations.

All Reservations are pre-paid room rate ONLY - any taxes and fees are collected upon check-in.

All hotel bookings are managed through ADE Hotel bookings and not through the hotel directly, the hotel will receive your bookings 30 days before the event date.

 

*UPDATED* Cancellation policy - Full refundable if canceled before 14 days of the arrival date. Cancellation within 14 days of the arrival date there is a cancellation policy of 1 night stay room rate.
